On Tuesday week 9, a team of twenty four year 4/5/6 students competed at the Port SAPSASA Athletics day. The day included a variety of track and field events, with many students competing in several categories. They all represented the school incredibly well with some particularly outstanding results individually and as a team.  

Athletics day is held every year for students from 10 years and older and those who perform well enough will be selected to represent Port SAPSASA at the State Athletics day. I would like to make a special mention to a couple of students who performed at a very high level; Matilda Hodgetts came first in high jump and the under 12 boys won the 4x100m relay. Efforts and behaviour across the entire day were fantastic, with many students finishing in the top 3 or 4 of their events.
