Welcome to Term 4

Welcome to Term 4
Welcome back to Term 4. I hope all families enjoyed a safe, restful and enjoyable holiday break.

Welcome back to Term 4. I hope all families enjoyed a safe, restful and enjoyable holiday break.

Term 4 is always a busy and exciting time in the school year. It is a term filled with learning, special events, celebrations and opportunities for students to reflect on their progress and finish the year strongly. It is also a time when we begin preparing students for important transitions, including moving into new year levels and, for some, starting the next stage of their education journey.

Throughout the term, our staff will continue to support every student in their learning, wellbeing and engagement. We encourage all students to attend regularly, stay organised and make the most of the opportunities available to them both inside and outside the classroom.

There will be many highlights across the term, including choir and band performances, end-of-year activities, Year 6 Aquatics, Year 6 Graduation and the End of Year school concert.

We look forward to sharing these moments with our families and community.

A published planner will be sent home to families.

You may have noticed our new website, http://www.lefevreps.sa.edu.au/ Please have a look and become familiar with its features.

Our new website will integrate all future articles and newsletters.

Whilst SZapp will be active for the short term, we will not be updating school information and subscriptions, and the newsletter will not be continued. Please remove the current SZapp from your devices.

Once you have done this, our new Le Fevre website can be added to the home screen on your phone or device. Student absences can be made via the link on the new website.

We will continue to use Seesaw to share information and links to our newsletter.

Thank you to our families for your ongoing support and partnership. Working together helps us create a positive, inclusive and successful learning environment for all students.

We are looking forward to a productive and rewarding Term 4 for everyone.

A reminder that all students are expected to wear hats throughout Term 4.

Kind regards

Bob Bowden
